Ilda Durri
Researcher
Dr. Ilda Durri joined the European Social Observatory (OSE) in 2024, as a researcher specializing in EU employment and social policies. Her work focuses on the digitalization of labour markets, the future of work, platform work, artificial intelligence and algorithmic management, quality jobs, and working conditions. She has coordinated and contributed to numerous European projects in these areas and has an extensive publication record, including books, policy briefs, reports, and peer-reviewed articles.
Ilda holds a PhD in labour law from the KU Leuven University, together with two masters in law from the University of Amsterdam (LL.M.) and the University of Tirana (MSc). Prior to joining the OSE, she worked in a variety of contexts, including academia, non-profit organisations involved in EU law and international organisations, holding roles including legal consultant for the International Labour Organization, postdoctoral and doctoral researcher, EU project manager, and legal assistant. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Albanian.
