   Short Biography
Stéphanie Coster joined the OSE team in December 2017 as a part-time researcher. She holds a PhD in Economics and Management Sciences and is a Eurofound National Correspondent since September 2017. She is also a lecturer at the Université Saint Louis Bruxelles (FUSL) and at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). Her expertise is in the fields of Industrial Relations and human resource management. Her research interests are mainly related to social exclusion, precariousness, job quality, inequalities and unemployment. At the OSE, Stéphanie has been working on the impact of digitalisation on job quality in the sectors of home care and public employment services. She is also contributing to the FPS Social Security project on social indicators. In the context of the European Social Policy Network (ESPN), she contributes to ongoing comparative studies about challenges in long-term care and social inequalities in access to health care.
